At Spoon Sleep, we are more than excited to have you as a customer and know that your new mattress will provide you years of the most comfortable sleep you have ever had.  If for any reason you feel you have selected the wrong firmness of your mattress, you have a 100 Night Sleep Guarantee.  We do however request that you allow at least 30 days for your body to adjust to the new way of sleeping.  If after the 30 days you are still not 100% satisfied, simply send the mattress back and we will gladly exchange it for one of a different firmness. 

You, as the customer, will be responsible to ship the mattress back to our factory and all associated shipping costs.  If you purchased a Floor Model, those sales are final.  Though floor models are covered by the 20 year warranty, they do not qualify for the 100 Night Sleep Trial. Additionally, Adjustable bases and base accessories, Pillows and Sheets are also not returnable or refundable.

Your 100 Night Sleep trial begins on the day you receive your new mattress.
